These children were as easy to photograph as the pictures allude. We were lucky to organize a warm day in December to capture some portraits just in time for Christmas. This was the first time getting all the cousins of the Livesay Family together for a professional shoot and baby Avery's Mama was able to gift some gorgeous prints to family for the Holidays. The first time I photographed Avery she was just a day old still in the hospital. Her big brothers couldn't be more thrilled each time they got to hold her for photos. Can't believe she will be walking and talking soon!

        It was an honor for me to be asked by a fellow photographer to photograph their family this fall at a near by park. I met Erin while photographing a graduation ceremony for Virginia Commonwealth University in 2012. While she showed me the ropes we quickly fond out we had some special things in common. :) Erin and I both had home births with our first babies and only a few months apart. It was awesome to be able to share our recent experience with natural labor and also our new stories of bonding with our babies. Erin kept me in mind afterwards, inviting me to second shoot a wedding with her and also inviting my daughter and I to play dates with her and her son, Roland. It was a pleasure to be able to catch up with her and also to meet her husband and their newest addition, her gorgeous daughter, Lilly.
